Another Kakaako business that has their OWN PARKING LOT and leaves their work trucks on the street for weeks at a time. So rude and inconsiderate of the people trying to go ufc gym. Like you literally have your own empty lot.

I am very pleased with the conduct of Honolulu Florist. I placed an order from the mainland and it was successfully delivered as requested to the great satisfaction of the recipient.

I ordered this lovely arrangement online from Honolulu Florist to surprise my daughter on her birthday. I am very pleased with what she received. I appreciate the prompt and friendly customer service I received with an issue that arose. Happy Customer.

I ordered from them and accidentally provided an old address and mis-typed the recipients phone number. When I called to see what happened, they were able to give me details of who took the delivery (a neighboring apt) who could not find the recipient so the florist went back and picked them up. In spite of them having a busy Saturday, they made a new arrangement and re-delivered for a very fair charge. Delighted with their service and the arrangement and their commitment to deliver on that same day. Made someone's day. Thank you!
